    BSA Huntsman Scope

    Here's the story...

I got a Big 5 gift card from some friends for $30.

I have plenty of ammo and cleaning supplies.
Don't need sporting goods; fishing, hiking, boots or clothing.

I decided on a scope for my 10/22.
The BSA Huntsman 3-9x40 with illuminated dot, only cost me $39.

That would only be $9 + tax out of pocket.

Will my new scope crash on my first trip to the range?
Will the pieces get rattle around the tube?

Or did I get a nice scope for target practice at the range?

I've seen some lower-priced BSA scopes with very nice, clear views. This should be fine for the recoil characteristics of a .22LR.

Put that on a 7.62? No Way.
