Millett DMS: What does it look like?

Hi,

I've been looking at various places online and I have seen different pictures of the Millett DMS-1.

What does it look like and is there more than one version of the DMS-1? If there is more than one version of the DMS, what is currently being sold?

I've put up a picture. If you can indicate "the left" or "right" in the picture that would be great.

There are two different DMS-1 designs out there, Gen 1 and Gen 2. The Gen 1 was replaced with the Gen 2 around 2007 if I recall correctly. Check on ARF.com, there are threads on them over there.

The one on the left is the Gen 2, current production AFAIK, and the one on the right is the Gen 1. For some reason, even Millett uses a pic of a Gen 1 in their 2009 catalog, and a lot of sellers seem to still be using it. To make if even more confusing, Millett used the same stock number for both. I doubt if anyone still has any Gen 1's in stock.

Purchased one the end of last year.....looks like the one on the left, so I will hazard a guess it is the current iteration...
