BUIS with Elevation, Windage and Combat/Low-Light

Hows it going everyone?
Sorry if this question has been asked but Ive done all the research I could do on my own.

Does anyone know of a BUIS for an AR15 that has aperatures for Combat/Low-Light and Elevation? Something like GG&G's MAD Back Up Iron Sight With Ranging Aperture

Thank you, thats what I kinda figured...

What do you think of the one i showed earlier and then change my front sight to night sight?
