Short story,
I bought a nice 3-9 Osprey scope at the Cow Palace this last weekend. The next day, I realized that I really wanted an Eotech instead.
So I put the scope up here for sale and got a buyer.
But when he got home with the scope, he realized that it didn't have any scope covers. I didn't even notice. So the buyer PM'ed me and was like "where's the scope covers?"
Luckily, I had the business card from the OWNER of Osprey (he was at the show), and I PM'ed that information to the guy who bought the scope from me.
The owner of Osprey emailed him back THAT NIGHT, and put him in touch with customer service, and now the guy who bought the scope is getting new covers.
Talk about service!!!!
Nice to see that it is still around these days!!!

ETA: I have NO affiliation with Osprey scopes - but in full disclosure, my friend Matt at Norse Armory is now selling them, based on my recommendation. I think they are a good value.
