One Piece vs Two Piece Free Float Rail

Midwest Industries has two models of free float rails. They have the two piece and the one piece (T series)...

Which one would you preffer and why? Which one is more popular?

The main difference is usually how easy it is to install - a two-piece is generally easier than a one-piece, which requires pulling the barrel nut, sight base, etc.

If it's designed well, either one is as sturdy, but the one-piece can be lighter for a similar design.
