Are you talking about wanting to put on a Fiber Optic Front Sight?
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

I belong to the group that uses firearms, and knows which bathroom to use.

Tis better to have Trolled & lost, Than to never have Trolled, at all.

For parts your stuck with larrysguns.com. I have a red-dot on my top rail also (std. grips) and love it. I decided not to go with the counter wieght option as the sight itself puts a fair amount of weight up front. By the looks of it, the front sight looks to be part of the barrel. You may have some issues with adopting a new front sight.

Do you have the sight/scope rail or did you just use the smaller .22 rings for your optics? Pictures?

      Hope the helps.
      Regards,
      Mike
