65mm Objective Len for 200yards?

Hey everyone,

Would a Konuspot 65 show 223 holes at 200yards in good conditions?

I plan on only shooting reduced course 200yards for at least two years as I start learning the ropes. I figure I'll change scopes to a Kowa when I get past that point and have some more funds on hand.

Right now, I'm torn between the Konuspot 80 and going cheaper with the 65. I haven't found any search results for 65mm at 200 yards. Is the 65 alright for 200, or is the Konuspot 80 really the recommended minimum?

I have the 80mm Konus and I see .223 holes in the black at 200 yds pretty well...30 cal real well. I was in your shoes and chose the 80mm. I'm still not sure if the larger objective makes a difference during strong sunlight conditions, but it apparently makes a difference in less that ideal lighting.
