I just bought the trijicon accupoint 2.5-10x56 with green post reticle. i know the 5-20x50 has side parallax adjustment, but is the one I have parallax free?

No, it's not parallax free. If a scope doesn't have parallax adjustment, then it is fixed parallax at a specific distance. Most rifle scopes are with fixed parallax are set at 100 yards.
