I have been trying to decide which reflex sight to mount on my mini 14, I will be mounting it forward of the action with Accuarcy System's urban brawler rail. I like the eotechs and aimpoints but do they have any advantage over the much smaller red dot sights such as the Trijicon mini red dot?

Rapid sight acquisition. The little red-dot sights require you to be much closer to the aimed axis before you can see the dot.
