The Viper PST is Vortex's most affordable LPVO that offers a true daylight bright reticle. Hawke, Primary Arms, and now Monstrum have added fiber optic illumination to the LPVOs. I compared the Banshee and see how it compares to the benchmark Viper.
In my tests, the Viper is the sharper and brighter optic. But the much cheaper Banshee can hold up to the Viper in all but its highest mode.
