How does AR front sight appear with magnifier?

What does a standard AR gas block front sight look like with a red dot magnifier.

I have the old Vortex SPAR II red dot on an AR Carbine with A1/A2 style front sight gas block. I want to get a magnifier for it.

Will the front sight be in focuse or will it be blurry?

The magnifier should blur it a bit.

      Yep. ^^^

From my experience using a LPVO, with a fixed front sight, here are my observations, literally:

1x, it will be a little blurry but not an issue.
2x, it will be really blurry, but you'll still kinda see that it's a sight post.
3x, you won't know it's a sight post anymore---it will be a distracting shadow in the lower 1/3 of the view.
4x, the front sight disappears almost completely from view.

For me, 3x is the worst. I don't use 3x if the rifle has a FSB. The shadow bugs me. I jump from 2x to 4x or higher.

You know it's cheap to switch those fixed front sights out with a folding one.
