Anyone have any 1st hand experience with this scope? Can't find any reviews on this scope, which I don't think is a good thing...but maybe worth the try if I can get this scope for a good deal.

The M30 scopes have nice glass for the money so it's probably a pretty good scope. I was surprised the first time I looked through a M30 4.5-16-40 how clear the glass was.

I would buy it, as long as they have lifetime warranty.'Cuz big holes are easier to see.
You can correct my spelling and grammar error anytime.
I welcome it. How else would I learn.Comment

Konus M30 1-4X24 Mini Review FeedBack
Here is some info & pictures of the Konus M30 1-4X24 scope. I just got one in today and had a chance to play with it a little.
KNOUS M30 1-4X24 SPECS: From the Konus USA website
FIELD OF VIEW
@ 100 yrds - 100ft at 1x - 25ft at 4x
ADJUSTABLE RANGE
@ 100 yrds/m - 36"/1m
CLICK ADJ - 1/2" @ 100yrds
EYE RELIEF - 3.3" @ 4x
PARALLAX SETTING - 100yrds
LENGTH - 10.8"
WEIGHT - 17.6 oz
TUBE DIAMETER - 30mm
RETICLE - 30/30 Blue ill Dot
It's a very nice looking scope that looks a lot like a Leupold MK4 as you see by the pictures below. It has the same heavy and durable feel to it as well.
Nice glass very bright & clear, very nice glass for the price. It's not a true 1x and the power range of this scope in my opinion is: 1.5-5x24. I will explain this when I do a writeup on it. It's still very usable for CQ work.
The reticle is engraved 30/30 with a small dot in the center and an open circle space around the dot to make it quicker & easier to pickup. The illuminated blue dot is not visible in day light. It's for late afternoon, night and for transitioning from a lighted area to a darker one. It works very well for those uses. The bubble level inside is not needed and blocks the view at the bottom just a hair. Being at the bottom it's not really noticeable. Some might like like this feature but I don't care for it.
The Turrets are nice and the 1/2" clicks are sharp & audible. The total adjustment on the one I have is about 144 moa @ 100 yrds & 72 moa @ 50 yards. The locking turret mechanism on the top of the turrets works well. The turrets are numbered from 1 to 6 with eight 1/2" clicks between numbers and I got a little more than 6 complete rotations with each turret.. There is hash marks under the zero so you can tell how many rotations.
In my opinion so far it's an excellent scope for the price. I have seen them for sale as low as $200 on some websites. I plan to do a writeup on it once I get it mounted and test it out. Any questions post them.

The M30 in the picture has sharp and audible clicks and 4 out of the 5 Konus M30 scopes I have had in were also. The clicks on the Leupold Mark 4 scopes with the same type turrets are very mushy. You can't hear or feel what you have dialed in. You find turrets with mushy clicks on much higher priced optics as well.We sell lots of Konus... Turrets are not up to snuff for a hard use optic. Spongy cliks- the lock bars are kinda half-***.
The reticle is ok. Very large ocular assembly- won;t let you keep a BUIS underneath.
I don't care for the locking bars either They are there but you don't have to use them.
The ocular is large but I wouldn't use a BUIS with this type of optic away.
I don't like the small set screws on the turrets other than that I haven't heard any issues with the durability of them. If you know of any please let us know. Konus USA has an excellent lifetime replacement Warranty. They will replace the scope if any problems.
The Konus M30 scopes have excellent glass for the price range and more. I am sure you'll agree.

The Warranty is outstanding on Konus, yes.
I have used 1" Konus scopes on my airsoft guns for a few years for this reason- they told me that even if I crack a lense, they'll warranty it. Really clear- they sue laser etched reticules.
As for the clicks... The M30s that we got in may have been a differnt run or something... don;t know about the repeatability and tracking yet.Comment

This is not the Konus reticle but it looks a lot like it. The only difference is the Konus has a very small dot the same size as the cross hair in the center with circle space around it to make it stand out. You can get the picture in your head.
I borrowed this picture.
