What scope base is this?

I'm stumped. They're not dovetail and certainty not Weaver or Picatinny. This little guy came off a Thompson Center Contender rifle barrel (Texas Contender by Kendrick). My friends and I are at a loss to what kind of base this is and what rings go on it.

It's circular with two screws with points at either end to secure the rings. I figured I'll toss it up to Calgunners before going to the Gunsmith.

I think you guys got it!
I just needed a name! I've never heard of Conetrol before. I'll have to find those rings now. I just ordered their catalog on their website.

I just read something that said that S&K makes something similar. I don't see any markings on it except "tc" on the underneath the mount and two isosceles triangles, with facing each other.
