Burris XTR 1-4 or Accupoint 3-9 for my 18''?

I'm currently stuck between these two.

I have a AR with a aimpoint already so I don't know if I really need that 1x variable power that the burris has. But I rarely go over 300-500yards with the AR

Which would you do for this rifle:

(yes that is a NC star )




or any other recommendations?

If you rarely go over 300yds, definitely go with the B-XTR 1-4.

With the right ammo(69 smk or 77 smk), that rifle is probably capable of going out to 600+ no problem.

ok...I couldn't refuse the offer. I got a Trijicon tr20 3-9x40 with a green triangle.

Lets see how that works on a Larue mount
