I believe that's a brand new mount design from GG&G.

This is their move into the extended offset market, and also an attempt to drop costs by having the bolt-on version as well as the lever version.

I haven't heard of anyone actually using one, but GG&G makes good stuff. Assuming it's their standard quality, this is the least inexpensive extended mount from the name brand makers.

Until we get some pics of standard scopes mounted in it, it's hard to say if it will give the same offset flexibility as the LaRue or ADM, but the wrench version is a good bit less expensive than either of theirs.
