Scope Sunshade

I have several Bushnell 4200 Elite scopes on varmint rifles, one is a Ruger M77 Mkll in .204 Ruger, the other is also a M77 in .17HMR. I usually shoot under an umbrella, do I still need to use the sunshades that came with the scopes?

If you're under an umbrella all the time then no. Where it really helps you out is in the early morning and late afternoon where you are shooting toward the sun.
