Streamlight TLR1/2/3 on AR15 rail work?

Hey guys and girls,

Just wondering if anyone knows if a Streamlight TLR-1/2/3 will or even possible to mount on a rail such as Daniel Defense, Troy, etc.... I'm currently building a AR Pistol and want a small light on it. Any input and pictures would be greatly appreciated and thanks for your time in advance.

I have a TLR-1 stuck on the left side of the quad rail, so it clears the bottom sling mount and the front sight. It's pretty easy to work with my thumb, and it lights things up nicely.

Some people complain about accidental light discharge with the TLD-1 on an AR. One of the members over at arfcom fixed it by putting a Butler Creek 02A flip cap on the front of the light.
