Sunshade for my Simmons Prosport scope?

The objective side is 40mm. So, does that mean I can purchase any 40mm sunshade for my scope? I don't see any sunshades sold by Simmons. Any links to sunshades that will help? Particular brand of sunshade?

Not all 40mm sunshades are the same size and/or threading, so you would have to purchase one made specifically for your riflescope. Check to see if the inside of the bell is threaded to allow for a sunshade, if it is call Simmons and ask them where you can get one.
