I don't understand your question?
Does anyone sell just simple glass with reticles on them?Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED
Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)
Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET
Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
(thanks to Jeff Cooper)Comment

Like a microscope slide cover slip with a reticle pattern on it. So I can drop it into a scope.Comment

You can some I'm sure but what do want? Simple cross hair reticle or like a mil dot simple reticle? I know reticle can get ridiculously busy, but considering the range you are shooting the measured hashmarks can be beneficial. My scope reticle are all similar to the Vortex EBR 2 MOA. At max magnification its a little less busy, but to each thier own. Each scope manufacture offer the simple reticle and usually a little cheaper.
Not sure if this is the question you are asking as a rudimentary search would have negated even making this thread.Comment

So if I'm understanding OP's intention, he wants a glass disk with reticles of his choice imprinted onto it. Then he wants to open up a scope, drop his glass disk inside, then seal it back up.
Presumably OP has the equipment to break the seal on a scope, knows which lens to replace depending on 1st focal or 2nd focal plane, and knows that the scope he wants to tinker on even has the reticle etched on glass vs the traditional wire. We'll assume that he was able to source a lens with the exact dimensional match of what he's replacing. And he also has the precision equipment to put that glass disk in, align it correctly, set it in place (either adhesive or mechanical) and upon sealing it he has the equipment to purge the air out & replace it with argon or nitrogen.
or more likely, this:

So, Bausc & Lomb Balfour A is a 4x scope with brass wires forming the cross hairs. They got busted.
FYI the scope is not sealed and is intended to have the eyepiece removed to even mount the scope.
I found several reticles on optically flat glass . They are commonly used in microscopy. There a several reticle patterns that might be interesting. There are simple crosshairs as well.
Conveniently on discs just the right size to exactly fit in the scope in question.
Edmund's Optical has a few but as expected they are priced at insane levels (>$150).
I found some for $10 at a surplus shop.
The old Balfour A has no adjustments for windage or elevation since these functions are built into the mounting base.
It's actually pretty simple to center the reticle. Rotating the scope on the V-blocks of the mount gives a convenient platform to detect any offset from center.
The optical thickness of the glass adds 1.4 mm which is easily accommodated buy the more than ~3 cm adjustment range in the eyepiece.
Ofcourse one could just restring thin brass wire to rebuild the crosshairs and I've done that several times in a different context. However I want a more complex reticle pattern since there is very limited elevation adjustment in the mount.
Just to make sure things go according to plan I'll heed the sage advice offered by several esteemed posters and stay the night in a Holiday Inn Express just in case.Comment

Almost as easy as making assumptions and jumping to conclusions. Which is, apparently, all too easy.
