Touch up paint for Vortex optic mount?

I just got a VMX-3T flip up magnifier. Of course they included some cheap flat head screws to attach it to the mount, which I managed to scrape the slot edges when tightening down.

Is there any source for that semi flat black coating they use on the sight, like a paint pen, I could use?

Is my only choice now to throw out the whole rifle? Yes, I'm very OCD.
