    Redfield 8-32x40 vintage target scope

A few weeks back I won several Redfield and Weaver target scopes at an auction, including an 8-32x40 Redfield target scope. The scopes arrived and they are all pretty much as advertised. One is a Redfield 8-32 x 40 made in Denver, "New in Box" and includes the paperwork, manual, etc.

The scope came in a nifty sheepskin lined case and has nice Redfield logo'd lens covers

It has settable target turrets and, interestingly, comes with the AO pre-marked marked for both rimfire and center fire silhouette shooting distances.

I haven't found out much about this scope, except for this one, which is listed for sale at Vintage Gunscopes. It appears to be like mine, except with gloss finish.

Also got several Redfield 6400 24X and 16X scopes and a NIB Weaver CT-10

I've heard that the older Redfields are decent scopes.

I also got a NIB Weaver CT-10 and a passel of Redfield 6400 target scopes.
