Is anyone having problems dialing VX-5 or 6 HD scopes

No problems at all here. Run them hard and often, no problems rtz.

Sniper'sHype seems to make a big deal that some of Leupy's tracking "calibration" can be off by as much as 3%. The scopes are consistent, but that measurement of angle may not exactly match the ballistic solver's answer. That can be resolved with every calculator's truing function. Regardless, it's a small error and not really noticeable by the average shooter at shorter distances.
