What brand sights are these?

These are on Springfield 1911 GI, definitely not the stock sights. Came with it when I bought it used. It does glow in the dark but it's a bit dim. Are the tritium? Can i replace the vials? No markings at all as to what brand it is. Thank you.

I can’t tell you what brand they are but possibly meprolight. Changing the tritium wouldn’t be cost effective unless you were to find someone to do it for less than $60. The price you can find a replacement set of sights for. Trijicon will replace vials but the dimensions of their vials might not match what you have. Dawson precision is a good place to start when shopping sights.

I looked at the meprolight and it seems to be a different shape and has engraved(?) markings on the side. Got it, I am open to just putting in new sight s too but I have no idea what these are cut for. The front stake style seems straightforward enough but no idea with the rear. Maybe I will pay a visit to the gunsmith this weekend.

Here is my Trijicon HD’s. They definitely have markings on them. But maybe trijicon made your sights different years ago? At least 10 if the tritium is out.
