Looking to get quick reflex sight. Any suggestions on eletronic sight for a socom? eoteh? aimpoint? cmore? Thanks for the help

Your best bet is an Aimpoint (M2/3) in a low mount (basically just a split ring) or a T-1 with the included mount.
On an M1A the Aimpoints wins hands down simply because the tube construction allows it to be used mounted as low as possible and give you a normal cheek weld. Everything else will require at least a weird chin weld or riser pads to get proper cheek weld. -
I really like the Aimpoint Micro on the SOCOM.

I'll just say I agree for the reasons mentioned.
Aimpoints trump the C-Mores handedly - the point that almost no one uses them anymore.
EOTechs are just to high for a cheek weld with the standard stock.
For the ultimate set-up, get an Ultimak rail and cowitness the Aimpoint.
