    trijicon reflex sight

I have searched but could not find out if the current trijicon reflex sights still suffer from reticle washout? My buddy has one he wants to sell to me for cheap, but Im saving for an 1911 build, but dont know if I should pass up on the deal. Any one have anymore info on the latest ones out? Thanks
I think it is part number rx01-23 with the arms throw levers. Im not a fan of these type of sights, I use the eotech and the acog, but a back up is what I was thinking.

Sure, no problem. Trying to "search" CG is like playing the lotto...

I do a lot of shooting in Vegas and the filter is a definite requirement for bright sunny conditions. It is just a screw-on manual attachment, no tools required so easy on & off. Mine (RX01NSN) is only a 4MOA dot, so a 6.5MOA may not wash out as easily? I don't know, since I've never used any other model to compare to.

Mine is 10 yrs old and the tritium is still bright at night. It's definitely held its own throughout the years.
