Just the 30mm tube ones is all I examined/compared directly too. The Diamondbacks are Nikon Buckmaster level and the Vipers are Nikon Monarch / Lupy Mark 4 level.

I think i'm getting one of the lower end crossfires, but do you have any vortex line that has a side focus?

I just got my Crossfire from Scott today. Gents, that's to my door step in three days. Yeah, I threw a couple bucks in to ensure I get my scope prior to the long weekend. First impressions to this amateur shooter is that the Crossfire comparable to my Nikon. The field of view is comparable, the knobs are crisp and the optics appear to me to be comparable.

However, I most impressed with the customer support of Liberty Optics. Thanks, Scott. I'll be sending an order in the future for a quality scope on my Remmy 700.

        Let's go get some squirrels!

Which Nikon models are you referring to in particular?

I've owned a Buckmaster and now have a Monarch.

Will these scopes hold up to a 50BMG?

Scott or anyone who has bought one of these scopes,

Can you comment on the repeatability of this scope? Has anyone shot the box test with this scope?

It sounds like everyone is quite pleased with the optical quality and the price certainly is right, but I'd like to hear if the adjustments are predictable and if it returns to zero after adjustments are made.

                  Thanks for your input.

UD and I have been chatting about repeatability. I havent gone back to the range yet but the scope is nice. The knobs have caps on them so you have to remove them before adjusting. I shot with the sunshade off since i was in shade already.
It was mounted with a larue quick disconnect mount on my stag varminter.
It shot very nicely, but I was only shooting with a bipod, no sandbag or rest on the rear yet.

I will shoot it again once i get my accushot monopod from magpul.

When zeroing my rifle, I had to adjust to the left.
after it was zeroed, it held a zero pretty well.
I havent tried the move 6 inches in each direction and shooting yet but will do that later on.
clarity was pretty nice though. I was also having a friend shoot rifles for the first time so I didnt have much time to myself and the optics.
It very well does seem to be a good bang for the buck scope though.

lastly, scott you still owe me a itrader feedback! haha thanks

So looking at these, i've been looking at the 4-12x40 AO for my AR 200 yard rifle, and its probaby going to be fine, but what do you think about that versus the 6-24x50 mil dot instead for 100 and 200 yard shooting with nothing but an 18" AR? it has only 24 versus 75 moa of adjustment, and the mil dots, but outside of that, how do you rate them compared to each other?

                            Guys,

The Crossfire are what they are. Nice tactical style scopes for a cheap price. Suitable for a .50 cal? Are you kidding? The warranty will cover you but the scope is made in China for crissakes.

AVOID ALL MADE IN CHINA RIFLESCOPES FOR SERIOUS USE.

Can I be any more clear?

Yeah, the only one on the site that says .50 cal ready is $479 so think a bit about that.

Anyone compare this to the Millet TRS1? I found them for 299.00.
