Bushnell TRS-25 is a decent tube-style red dot that can be found For $50-$100. The next popular set of tube red dots are the Sig Romeo5, Holosun 403, and Primary Arms MDS. They typically go for $100. The challenge with these are their small 20mm lens, along with the thickness of the tubes, can hinder someone that is not used to red dots from finding the dot. Decent micro-red dots and larger objective red dots will cost more. Once they get used to it, they typically find it easier to shoot since they just focus on the target and place the dot over it. This is different than iron sights where older people have a harder time aligning the rear sight while focusing on the front sight, and keeping a sight picture on your target. Well, this is what the internet says, so it must be true...
