Riton Optics Scopes - Any experience with them?

I have been doing some research on rifle scopes and found the Riton Mod 7 scopes to be quite interesting.
Not having much knowledge about them or the company, I read their company mission statement/motto and like that the core of their company is to provide people the quality they need and the service they deserve at a price they can afford And that they wish to build a relationship with the customer providing the best value, high-quality optic on the market. This was great to hear. It also appears that a lot of the company leaders are veterans.
Do any of you out there have any experience with any of their scopes? I like the Mod 7 models and heard or read that they are high-quality Japanese glass.
Not seeing a ton of information about them I did notice that OpticsPlanet sells their products and that all of the 13 people who reviewed a Mod 7 4-32x56 scope had only positive things to say about it.
I would love to learn from others experience with them. They are affordable and it is an American company (not too many left these days). Thank you in advance.

Optics Planet sells optics made by a bunch of companies.

Riton gets decent reviews on ARF. They import their glass from either China or Japan. You can count the number of companies assembling scopes in the U.S. with less than one hand.

Forgive my ignorance, but what does ARF stand for? I could not find it using an internet search. Thanks.

ARF is short for arfcom. Another slang for ar15.com.

        It's another forum.

An apology to Bronco Mustang and a thank-you to Bigtwin.

ar15.com has been around for quite a while. Some here say they "hate" it...usually because they play with the General Discussion section and although there's a code of conduct there, it' far looser than here. In other words, some leave there with hurt feeeeelings.

If I'm looking for firearms info, it's the first place I look. The Industry section lets you see reviews on products by manufacturers, and the truth is found there whether the manufacturer advertises there or not.

I did find a very interesting thread in the optics section there today that I think should be mandatory reding if you're buying a scope. Thread-starter happens to be marketing director for Swamp Fox Optics, and prior to that he worked for Primmer Arms. It's 18 pages long, but info on Chinese v. Japanese and Chinese v. other Chinese on the first is what you need...tl/dr version is that there's very little new under the sun.

I recently bought their RT-S MOD 7 1-5X24IR scope for one of my ARs. Solidly built, with very clear glass. Heavy, though.

Did you get a chance to take it out to the range yet? If not, I would like to hear your thoughts about it afterwards. Thanks.
