Any info on this red dot? How would one mount it on an AR?

Gonna bump up this dusty post - cuz I'm actually (more than) a little curious about these little guys. Anyone use one? Anyone know a good riser to use with these?

I think you can use same Aimpoint/Larue tactical Micro H1/T1 riser

I though bushnell had removal base,I guess not after looking at the link....

I owned h1 and Larue mount, currently own TRS. TRS has none removable weaver mount. As you can see from your link LaRue h1 raiser does not have weaver rail. I think ARMS #17DR http://www.mountsplus.com/AR-15_Acce...ARMS-17DR.html with one of the spacers would work.

Oh, I see.. so the Bushnell Trophy TRS-25 does not have a removable base and would need a pic rail riser.. What height is needed to cowitness with irons on an AR?

Leapers does not have reputation for best quality, but that mount as a fixed option probably would work well

how do u like Bushnell scope?

I did not run it on the firearm yet. I like Bushnell's switch where from off position it can be switched to max with 1 click, this is sort of a non issue since aimpoints can be left on for years, still I like it. I'll run it on AK/ultimak and AR, will get another if it holds up.

Installed TRS using leapers 1" 3slot mount. Not as pretty as larue/H1 mount, but with a little of blue loctite it will do the job. Cowitness with sights in the lower 1/3.
