Definitely fake. You get what you pay for.
If you want a cheap red dot, look at a Bushnell TRS, Holosun, or Primary Arms.

The damn Dem. in CA DOJ should go after those people selling the fake stuffs instead of enforce the unconstitutional CA Roster.

I'm guessing here, but these reasons:

It's from the US, the seller has over 152,000 ratings, and eBay's policy states that counterfeit items bearing the name and logo are not allowed, and this item clearly bears the Trijicon name and logo.

A seller with that much business on there should really want to stay away from any trouble. This really is a clear violation of eBay policy.

Looking at the other items in the "store" this is clearly a place you wouldn't want to do business with if you don't want to get cancer or have your house catch on fire. Nothing but Guangzhou knockoffs.

Just curious but at that price why would you even believe it to be real?......

Trijicon, Vortex, Luepold, I expect the sale price is around 30% off from the regular price of Brownell, Opticsplanet. The sale price must be around the holiday or special even for couple days not every day. AND A FULLY REFUND POLICY.
