Here's the reason I'm disappointed in trijicon as a company. About 10 years ago I bought a tripower sight from them and it was supposed to be covered by a 15 year warranty on the trinium portion and limited lifetime warranty on the rest of unit. Here's the problem the trinium no longer glows, so I called them and they stated that they haven't sold this model for the last 5 years and don't service it either. So the product they sold me with a limited lifetime warranty no longer applies. This tells me that they don't stand behind their product's. I am know a excustomer. Thought others might want to know how they don't stand behind their products.

Well, that sucks.
Does the fine print in the warranty state that?
I think other companies will replace with a modern equivalent if the product is no longer made.
Thanks for the heads up.Comment

ACOGs' are tritium-re-chargable
I don't know about other Trijicon scopes, but I know for a fact that Trijicon does replace tritium vials in ACOGs'. I recently got a quote of $180.00 including return shipping for Trijicon to replace the tritium and replace/upgrade the fiber optic element in my TA11. The tritium has gotten a little dim in the nearly 24 years I've owned my TA11, which I bought in July of 1995.
I mentioned that Trijicon is going to replace/upgrade the fiber optic element: I say "upgrade" because Trijicon has upgraded the transparent material that the fiber optic rod is encased in. The fiber optic casing has become a little cloudy over the years. However, even in overcast conditions the fiber optic still illuminates the Donut plenty bright.

Do not fear the enemy, for your enemy can only take your life. It is far better that you fear the media, for they will steal your Honour
