Scope/Optic choices for 2 rifles?
I have been out of the rifle game for awhile.
1. I have 700BDL, standard barrel that I will use for hunting. Dont want to spend more that about $250. I know about the VX's and so on and have owned alot of Leuopolds. What is new and improved since I have been gone?
2. Other rifle is a Stag15, flat top. For about $200 to $250 whats a good option. Only looking for lose quarters and/out to 200/300 yards. Im really not educated on this at all and know there are many options other than scopes. It has a standard front sight and flip up rear (Model 2). It does seem I will need high mount to get the front site out of the way. Sorry if this total noob question, but oh well.
