The new Vortex Diamondback Tactical 6-24 ebr-2c

This is very similar to the viper pst (same reticle, magnification, FFP), for a fraction of the price:

This and what's the intended use? Just a 100-300 range toy, shooting paper? Or are you wanting to start PRS shooting? Hunting of any type?

While the Diamondback tactical does offer a great product for the money, there are a few major draw backs to it as well. Mushy turrets and no zero stop can be a huge PITA.

Budget range and intended use will enable people to answer this question.

Wanted a Razor but wasn't ready to shell out $2000+, so I picked up a Viper PST 6-25 at the more economical price of $900.

It really depends on how much $ you're looking to spend and the features your looking for. You can't go wrong with the Vortex Viper PST Gen II- http://www.vortexoptics.com/category...ii_riflescopes

Vortex lifetime warranty is a pretty sweet deal. I have an HST on my RPR. Glass is great. No regrets.
