Small M-LOK Free Float Handguard

With so many M-LOK free float handguard out there, how does one pick? What do you recommend if one wants a smaller profile pic 1 instead of pic 2? For an 18" SS barrel.

Both aren't full rail. do you have recommendation for brand with good price/discount for the smaller circumference like pic 1 though. I have small hand and prefer the smaller profile.

Aero Precision Atlas S-One is their handguard line that doesn't use a full top rail.

Top one is UTG Pro. I have one and I like it, but the one pictured is not M-Lok (neither is mine). It uses their proprietary system.

I am happy with the AGL M-Lock unit that came with my White Oaks upper.

I just wish I had one without the full top rail. For me, the top rail seems bulky and has sharp edges.

I would rather simply add small sections of rail, when needed.

Full top rail is fine sir. I don't use it but doesn't trouble me either way. It is the radius of the HG that I really preferred a smaller one.

The EMR still has almost as large a radius as the Aero. Thanks for the input.

The Aero Atlas S-One has an outside diameter of 1.5". It's about as slim as you'll find in most M-Lok handguards out there.

UTG sells a version with M-Lok, it just costs a little more.

No, a 15" would be perfect for me, but they have a 16.5" too if you want less barrel showing.
