Looks like an Elcan mount.

The tube housing is from a pvs5, and as such it is probably U.S. milspec gen2 or gen2+, (28-32lpmm). The objective lens looks like c-mount camera, probably 25mm, (1x). The threads on the outer housing, at the eye piece, are for a camera adapter. The rubber pvs4 eye cup is custom fit. Stano Night Vision used to make very, very similar ones for several decades, but they closed their doors a few years ago. YouTube still has a few of their videos. That battery compartment on top looks like one of their 2000's era ones. Mount is Elcan.
