Scope mount "additional features" what does it mean ?

I am looking a purchasing a Spuhr scope mount and there are multiple selections where the only difference is "additional features".

These are listed as
Ring Height: 38 mm "Additional Features: 13 MIL/44,4 MOA"
Ring Height: 38 mm Additional Features: 0 MIL/0 MOA
Ring Height: 38 mm Additional Features: 6 MIL/20,6 MOA

ETC

I think I know what this means, but please tell me what this means

From what I'm reading I noticed theres the 20moa on one, and the other is 0moa. Not sure about the "additional features" though For the 20 moa one its for long range.

I've only seen this on cantilever mounts that are tilted down slightly to give the shooter more elevation adjustments at longer ranges.

13 mil that's pretty crazy.

Edit: further explanation is that 0 moa mount holds the scope level across the bore line, the 20 moa and 13 mil models angle the scope downward to raise the point of impact approximately 20 MOA from the standard sight line. This gives the shooter more room to adjust for bullet drop at long range. Depending on you cartridge and use, you may or may not want this.

As others stated, it is additional cant built into the mount which allows you to utilize more of the elevation adjustment range of your scope.

Generally this is preferred when you are shooting 600 yards or greater.

Have you ever seen photos of the people who shoot 2+ miles? Their scopes are mounted at crazy angles.
