Vortex Copperhead 4-12x44 ?

I wonder if these are a step up from the CrossfireII's... price indicates no, but maybe they are just a great deal right now at $129? Looks like the old 4-12 Diamondback that was so decent. I still have one I'll put somewhere sooner or later (that held up to .308).
