Who works on/services old Tasco ProPoint II? I need a DOT doctor!

I have an old Tasco ProPoint II T3 (15-20 years); it's a nice dot sight of Japanese manufacture with the "T" style reticle instead of just a dot. The problem is that it never was very bright even when it was new out of the box. I'm wondering if this is something that can be fixed/modded/enhanced.

Does anyone know a "DOT" doctor in the SoCal (Los Angeles, OC) area that can work on these sights?
