Rail Cerakote

Need a place in S.Cal with a realistic and reasonable price for a 12 inch rail cerakoted hot pink................yes , hot pink. Its a rifle build for my wife. I dont want a magpul handguard i would rather use a 12 inch M-lok rail for her .
