    bushnell trophy scope questions...

    i was lookin into to buying one of these and was hopeing some one had one...
    Bushnell 730134

    question 1 - if i set it with one recticle are all recticles now set??? or do i have to adjust it evry time i change it???
    question 2 - if i set it and cycle thru the diffrent recticles is it now off when i go back to the first one?
    question 3 - what caliber did you use it on? (im lookin to put it on a 223 and 7.63x39)
    question 4 - how dose it do on ultra bright middle of summer facing the sun worst case senario days?

    as always i aready used the search and thanx ahead of time!!!
    oh yeah i figure the whole "i aint spendin 400 bucks on an eotech" goes with out sayin...

    #1- No, you have to resight in each reticle everytime you turn the knob.

    #2- No, the reticles are on one knob and the other knob turns the dot on and handles the different brightnesses

    #3- I bought it for my mini 14 but my 1" scope rings didn't work (my fault for not paying attention) so I mounted it on my 10/22

    #4- In my experiences the dot adjust very well to every light condition I have shot it in.

      thanks paintballergb !!!!! any ones elses input on this scopes features or quality would help ...

        I have one on a PC-9 and I think it's is a pretty good sight. I find that switching between the different reticles moves the point of impact a bit but no more than 1/4" at 50 yds which I can live with. The "dot" is bright enough for full daylight but don't look straight into the sun. Of the sub $100 red dots I've used it is definitely in the top two or three.
