    Trijicon is freaking crazy!

I ordered a TA11F from them 12/22/08..... knowing that the lead time is like 8-10 weeks.

I generally don't use my front door, I just go in and out of my place thru my garage....

Just now when I was taking out the trash... I found that there is a box outside my door!!

It is an UPS package from Trijicon, and inside sat my brand new TA11F!!!

Darn, I didn't get an email, I didn't get anything.... what if someone took it from me? I would have never known....

How can they not even tell me that they are sending me somethings....

Do you live by yourself if not most shiping co's have a option where you agree/ed that the driver dose not have to deliver to a person or get a person to sine for the package an option that puts you at risk if you or anyone at your house didn't sine up for this option ups is at fault and is responsible not trijicon sorry for the spelling

Is there an advantage to ordering direct from Trijicon? We have a coule of the TA11f in stock, for less (?) money?

Blame UPS for that, not Trijicon. They have no control over what your driver does. They can check the signature required box, it does not mean the driver will do what he is supposed to do.

Oh...and checkout American Defense Mounts. Great stuff. I just started carrying these. I've carried/used ARMS mounts for a long time, and they are very nice. Recently I was given the opportunity to carry American Defense Mounts, made by Daniel Defense, so I ordered an ACOG mount at cost to checkout these mounts for myself and decide if I want to offer them for sale. I love it! Off came the A.R.M.S. mount, on went the new American Defense Mount. Sounds like a sales pitch...maybe a little...but I really do love these things...no B.S. They do not have as many mounts available as Larue yet, since Larue makes a mount for everything under the sun, but they have some mounts that are very similar. And they work great.

Are they adjustable tension? ARMS are not, I am not in fav of them at all.

The price seems good... but Daniel Defense didn't have any of these, so it is not a rebrand.... also, I prefer 2 latches as compare to one (if i have a choice)

I don't know about these mounts, and I know my LaRues.... so I think I will stick with LaRues for now until these ADM are more known and tested.... afterall, selling used LaRues are nice, quick and easy... and you can get a lot of money back on those suckers... (trying to sell used ADM may be a different thing...)

                        I'm all ears.

The ADM mounts we have been selling for awhile. They are picking up in notoriety. Mark LaRue hates them for what that is worth.
