Sight Recommendation for Glock 43

So I put Meprolight MH3 night sights on my Glock 43 but I can't seem to get on target well with my 44 year old eyeballs. The white trit dots are just too small for me to focus on clearly.

I'm running Ameriglo i-dot pro with the big ole' orange front sight on my Shield and I like that setup. But before I grab another set of those I wanted to ask y'all what you might like if your nearsighted vision is "changing" and becoming difficult to focus up close lol.
