Hello Everyone, I just wanted to share with everyone an experience I have never before witnessed.
I've been in construction for 30+ years and have worked with thousands of individuals throughout many different atmospheres. Never, ever.. Have I experienced such service and diligence from any person or company.
I was given the challenge of buying (2) of the best reticled spotting scopes money could buy, Schmidt 5x25 W/spuhr mount, Apex bipod an and have them within 48hrs for a swat Sniper Duo arriving to shoot at our facility. I got the call 8:00pm.
After some internet researching I had my shopping list and started a blind salvo of phone calls and E-mails to Local vendors and nation wide large retail outfits.
At 9:45pm Mike from CS Tactical returned my call. It was an amazing feeling having someone jump in with their resources to bring it home.
Immediately I knew I had a person who understood and could handle the urgency of the situation. All the while maintaining full throttle pace of dealing with acquisition and shipping.
Mike committed his staff to the task and they made the incredible timeline.
Unbelievable!!!
I'll bet there will be a bunch of Vendors talking the efforts down saying
"Big deal, we could have done that"
Well I reached out to at least 14 entities and Mike was the quickest to jump up and grab the brass ring. For the record a couple of companies did call back in the morning.
I am looking forward to many more experiences with Mike and his company. I hope he would like to join us some day at our range. Give him an Ultra VIP day. This guy worked his azz off for us and we are indebted.
