Trijicon colored rings on front sight falling out

Everyone I know that has the Trijicon Hd's has had the colored ring around the lamp on the front sight fall out. Is this a super common problem?

I picked up a pistol that has the sights with the silver ring around the lamp and by 700ish rounds it has fallen out. Kinda bummed about it. I emailed Trijicon to see how to go forth with the repair but it should be under warranty right? The stated warranty just talks about lamp life.

Oh and I'm extra bummed because the front sight is staked on.

I just bought a set of Trijicon HDs.
Hopefully the yellow rings stay on longer.

One of my buddy's got a set and it fell out within the first 50 rounds on a g19. I've seen and heard a lot of the rings on hd's fall out.

Never experienced this myself. I have HDs on 4 of my pistols.
