Vortex Spitfire and Primary Arms both have some type of fixed power prism optics that have a fixed non ring type mount similar to the ACOG.

I can't think of others off the top of my head...

I would take a close look at mounting options since this is going on a bolt action... ACOG for example, and others like it are setup with an AR height mount which would probably bring it up too high for a correct cheek weld.

Having owned these types of scopes including a TA31F ACOG... I have come back full circle to low power variables like a 1-4x.

The versatility of being able to use 1x or 4x is a big deal vs a fixed power optic. You also have a much larger selection of scopes to choose from and meet your personal preferences requirements. It makes for a really nice setup on something like a Ranch 556.

Decent amount of options for what you are looking for but as pointed out, might have some issues mounting them on a bolt gun since most are setup for AR usage

Vortex Spitfire 3x - It has a removeable riser so you can lower the optical center

Primary Arms has 2.5X, 3X, and 5X optics all with ACSS reticle

      Burris has a 3x and a 5x as well

      Which means Steiner has a 3x and a 5x

      Athlon Optics 4x

Sig Bravo Sights but those would be too high for sure

Barska/VISM/etc have some options as well

STEINER M332 is another option. Kind of pricey, but it is made in Germany and comes on a QD mount. But yeah, all these things might sit too tall for ideal use on a bolt gun.

Weaver makes a nice simple 1-3x scope for under $200. Very lightweight too. That and some leupold qd rings would run you only around $250.
