Duh, I thought it came with one. Why else would they place the rail so high? On a Scout the rail is at a normal height so optics sit just fine, however in a JAE-100 stock they require risers on the mount because the cheeckweld is so high.--BrandoComment

hell, even with the lowest Aimpoint ring possible I still need a stock pack to get a proper weld on my KAC railed SOCOM 16, which is lower than the SOCOM II.
I really don't understand why they make the rail so tall.
