differnce in scopes

can anyone tell me the diff in a bushnell elite 3200 and there 4200 my friend is looking at the 4200 either scope will be the same power 3x9x40. i think he is leaning toward the 4200, im just tryin to help him with some diff stuff here thanks guys

Seriously though I don't think there is a difference. I've used both.
They may use different glass.
