Any stamped AKM furniture will fit, it may need a bit of work. Not much though. You will have to convert into standard AK configuration. If you do convert the rifle will handle way better I.M.O. It also knocks about 4-5" off the overall length of the rifle. Both of mine are right at 34 1/2" overall.

The others, well......they just never learn.

I've got a few more for you Saiga owners.

US made Saiga handguard that requires NO modification. 922 compliant.

And for conversion, a new bolt on one piece trigger guard and pistol grip attachment for your .308 Saiga.

And a version for your 7.62 and .223 rifle.

so can i use the buttstock (fromt he above link) on the Saiga Rifle (Below Link)

without having to add a bullet button? since the thumbhole/pistol grip is NOT under the action?

basically can i just buy this stock:

install it, and it will be CA compliant? or do i need to modify a bullet button?

A thumbhole stock, which is what this is, is an assault weapon characteristic and therefore prohibited on centerfire rifles with det. mags. So you will need a mag lock or bullet button mag lock.

damnit, u're right. sooo, i was wondering anyone make a stock for the Saiga, that kinda looks like the J Allen, or McMillan stock?

the original on the rifle just looks plain, and i prefer a more verticle angled grip. Just a thought.

Yea, uuhh, NO, i'm not into buttplugs or anything of the sort...LoL

but the second pic of the wooden stock is nice...wonder if they have it in polymer to match the furniture...keep the weight down too.

                            thanks for the headsup!

The wooden setup is made by BattleRifleG3 on the Saiga forums
