Do you use iron sights stricly as backup to optics?
If so, just leave it as is. You can't even sight in the rifle if using loctite. You need access to a shop press to replace the front sight assembly.

KVAR has the most selection on AK parts. Cheaper places are Apex, Rifle Dynamics, and AKFiles.

Maybe just place the drum with another one that will fit tighter.

Sometimes you can take the front drum and flip it over and it tightens up a bit.
