Micro Sight Question

Hello,

I'm working on a build and plan on utilizing a spare Inforce WML light mounted at 12 o'clock.

My question is, are Micro sights tall enough to be used when running a weapon light mounted at 12 o'clock?

And what would be the cowitness if I run a Trijicon MRO with full cowitness mount.
